About Ian Broennle

A Philadelphia native, Ian lived in Washington, DC for 13 years working as an Analyst and Program Manager serving clients at the U.S. Department of State and Directorate of Intelligence at the Central Intelligence Agency. He moved to Miami in 2013 and worked for two technology companies as an Account and Business Development Executive. Ian received his Florida real estate license in 2017. He is a member of the Miami, Florida, and National Associations of Realtors. He calls upon his many years of experience in analysis and program management to help clients understand South Florida housing data and navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. Clients benefit from Ian's experience in sales to effectively price properties, market listings, and negotiate winning contracts. Ian holds a B.A. in German from Davidson College and an M.A. in International Affairs from American University. He lives in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami with his wife and young son. In his free time, Ian enjoys Miami's vibrant food scene and downhill skiing.
