Born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, Holly attended Hollins University and earned a B.A. degree in Art History. After Hollins, she moved to London for three years where she worked for Bonhams Auctioneers and did coursework in Asian Art at Sotheby's. After leaving Big Ben for the Big Apple, Holly worked on Wall Street at PaineWebber and DLJ. While working at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse) in private banking and later investor relations, she went to night school for her M.B.A. and graduated with a masters' degree in marketing. She began her career in real estate in 2001 and has seen many different market cycles. She is continually educating herself and refining her skills.
