Born in Puerto Rico to one of the area�EUR(TM)s foremost Realtors, she earned a Bachelor of Communication and Film from the University of Puerto Rico before receiving her Masters in Investigative Journalism from Florida International University. It seemed only natural that she would pivot into broadcast journalism, working at Telemundo and CNN, Atlanta before winning an Emmy for her September 11th coverage and a Peabody Award following Hurricane Katrina. After fifteen years in the journalism field, Helen�EUR(TM)s focus shifted from reporting the news to directly impacting others by helping them put down roots. Applying her multi-talented skillset, she made her first foray into the real estate world in 2005 and never looked back. A natural born leader, the full-time agent has seen continued success through variable markets, landing over 1,000 home sales in her 17-year career. It�EUR(TM)s no surprise that she served as a Productivity Coach for top agents in the Los Angeles area and spent a tenure training agents in Spain, Puerto Rico, and Argentina, along with cities across the United States. Returning to Atlanta in 2013, Helen spearheaded Luxe Living Properties, a high-touch team that delivers first class service. Renowned for specializing in corporate relocation, global investor clients, and luxury marketing, the associate broker is a creative thinker and fierce negotiator. Equal parts honest, trustworthy, and proactive, she poses a multitude of questions to uncover the best fit for her clients, eventually guiding them through the process with a tailored approach that works with their communication style. A member of the NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals), the former Atlanta chapter president spent four years on the board of directors.
