Heather has been in real estate for 20 years, coming from commercial real estate and transitional land and diversifying her business to include residential with a focus on luxury homes. With a focus on integrity and a fiduciary approach to client representation, Heather offers an exceptional customer experience to her clients. Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty in 2009, she was a Vice President of Oxford Alliance Development, an affiliate of Oxford Commercial, part of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance. Her previous experience also includes work in finance and accounting as well as five years in institutional banking for Citibank in Paris, France. She holds an MBA from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA in International Affairs from Lafayette College, including study abroad. Heather and her team of trusted partners provide commercial, farm & ranch, and residential brokerage services. DESIGNATIONS ALC - Accredited Land Consultant In 2015, Heather Morrison was awarded the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation of the REALTORS� Land Institute. As an ALC, Heather Morrison is part of an elite group of land specialists who have attained the highest level of knowledge and experience in their profession. The REALTORS� Land Institute is an affiliate organization of the National Association of REALTORS�. It is the only branch of the REALTOR� family of organizations focused on serving land professionals who specialize in: (1) farms, ranches, recreational, and other specialty land properties; (2) undeveloped tracts of land; (3) transitional and development land; (4) subdivision and lot wholesaling; and (5) site selection and assemblage of land parcels. CIPS - Certified International Property Specialist Heather earned the CIPS designation in 2013, placing her among the 2,000+ elite real estate professionals worldwide. The designation was awarded to her by the National Association of REALTORS� for completing rigorous coursework devoted to learning international real estate practices and demonstrating proficiency in international business. The CIPS designation is synonymous with advanced expertise, a global perspective, and a distinct understanding of a global buyer in the United States. CLHMS - Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist(TM) In 2020, Heather became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist(TM) (CLHMS), recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world.
