About Hayat Shaban

Hayat became a licensed REALTOR� in 2013 and joined Keller Williams in Cedar Park. She immediately distinguished herself as an exceptional professional. Hayat received an award for being one of the most productive agents in the office in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Hayat was able to exceed the projection amount of transactions, she also was able to exceed other individual quotas at the Cedar Park office. She had the second-highest earned commission for an individual agent in 2014 and was one of the highest earned commission for an individual agent and was awarded a silver Medal for her productivity in 2016. Hayat actively pursues professional development opportunities to stay current with her business, earning credentials like Certified Negotiation Expert, (a designation that less than 1% of REALTORS� have) and a member of the Keller Williams Realty International Luxury Homes Division. Besides running her own successful business, she has been taken a leading role at the Keller Williams Cedar Park Market Center. Hayat enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to improve productivity for other individual agents. In 2016, she was chosen to serve as a member of the Agent Leadership Council or ALC. ALC is a select group of agents who oversee the Market Center in much the same way as a Board of Directors for a corporation. This Council is responsible for setting the market vision and direction, as well as monitor budgets and profitability. Hayat is passionate about the community. She volunteered in her children's elementary school as chairperson for the reading body program. She led a local youth group and introduced the youth to community work. She encourages them to participate in beneficial activities to engage them in the community. Hayat is also involved in several nonprofit organizations, like Connecther.
