Gustavo DuQuesne joined Opes Real Estate Group in 2020, he was born and raised in Miami and he specializes in residential properties and has a true love from working with your first-time home buyers all the way up to your luxury custom estates, leases, and investment opportunities. He brings over 8 years of real estate experience and 5 years in construction, high quality customer service and a commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. He provides quality service to build relationship with clients and more importantly maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. Gustavo enjoys working with repeat clients and referrals to build his business as they appreciate his low-pressure sales, flexibility, patience, negotiation and analytical skills and ability to listen and understand what a client wants. His focus areas are finding solutions and attention to detail, ensuring each deal reaches the closing table. Gustavo is a proud father of a baby girl and in his free time enjoys playing basketball, tennis, football and exploring the local state parks with his family.
