Paul Walia started his journey in Real Estate in 2018 and was quickly recruited by the NorCal Vineyards Sales Team, one of the biggest winery and vineyard selling teams in the North Coast of California. In 2 years, Paul has accumulated over 10 million in sales volume selling winery, vineyard, residential, and commercial properties. Paul has a degree in Accounting from San Jose State University and a background in retail business management. His skills include financial analytics, conscientious negotiation, clear communication, and detailed problem-solving.�At the age of 8, Paul moved from India to California with his family. Growing up in both India and the U.S has allowed him to learn two languages, English and Punjabi, as well as understand cultural diversity.
