Since joining Christine Toes Muldoon at Compass in 2017, Gulnara has sold rented over $150M worth of real estate and helped nearly 280 families with their real estate needs. Born in Kazakhstan, Gulnara graduated from the Academy of Languages with a Bachelors Degree in Linguistics. She is fluent in Russian, Kazakh and Uzbek. Her dream to continue her education in the US led her to New York in 2007 to study Business Administration Accounting. Since then Gulnara has lived in Kensington, Sheepshead Bay and Midwood and successfully sold real estate across Brooklyn and Manhattan. Gulnara is an active member of the Russian speaking community of South Brooklyn and a mother of two. When she is not busy touring properties with her clients or hosting open houses, you can find Gulnara in her favorite museums in the city, or enjoying nice weather in Central Park,crossing Brooklyn Bridge or eating ice-cream or drinking latte in Brooklyn Heights Promenade with her children. Her love for NYC, that she made her new home,is still as strong as it was 15 years ago.
