A post-college job in NYC's film industry started his film editing career and over the following decade, he built a major editing post production company as a partner.In 1996, on a casual Sunday drive, Greg found himself in Hoboken and was smitten by its small-town charm and it's big-city access. A brownstone purchase soon followed and Hoboken became his home for the next 23 years.Greg's experience in locating, designing and building his company's 15,000 sq. ft Manhattan offices, along with an extensive gut-renovation of his Hoboken residence piqued his interest in real estate, and fueled his knowledge of location and construction value.Greg is a valuable partner in the real estate process who brings a unique perspective, commitment and energy to assisting clients in every way. He is known for the strong connections he builds with clients, peers and his community.
