About GAYLE TANNER

I live Folsom with my husband Patrick, and our dog Riley. I am a full-time Realtor and one of the Top Producing Real Estate agents in my Folsom office. Patrick is a retired aerospace engineer, and Eagle Scout. When not serving buyers and sellers, Patrick and I are active in our community, sports, and are both real estate investors. I grew up around the real estate business. My parents bought and managed rentals for personal investment so as an adult, I did the same. Then in 2003 with my business degree in hand, I decided to get my Real Estate license and help others purchase, sell, and invest in real estate. I am different then most Realtors as I not only see real estate as a place to live, but also as an asset . I feel I make a difference for the clients I serve. In my free time, I am an avid reader and tennis player and enjoy hanging out with friends, volunteering, or attending one of the many community activities in Folsom. I love helping where I can. Some of the ways I serve our community is by volunteering or offering financial support to local organizations such as Dog and Cat Rescues, Food Banks, Folsom Community Service, Woman Building Hope, and others. My grandmother was a big influence in my life. When I was 16, she gave me an embroidered quote that has hung in my home ever since. I try to live up to it. I shall pass through this world but once, any good that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again.
