Licensed in the state of Ohio, I specialize in land such as farm land, timber, hunting tracts and more. When we talk about land real estate, think of 200 acres of timber, or 85 acres of corn fields! I work with buyers and sellers in 10 northeast Ohio counties including Stark, Portage, Summit, Wayne, Holmes, Tuscarawas, Carroll, Columbiana, Mahoning and Medina counties. I've been involved in land sales since 2017 and am excited to begin working toward my accredited land consultant designation as well as the Deer Steward designation offered by the Quality Deer Management Association, which is dedicated to wildlife conservation. I reside in Massillon Ohio with my wife Jen and our daughter Kinsley. we are all avid outdoor enthusiasts. We enjoy hiking, walking and visiting parks. Jen has a strong interest in native plants and the benefits that landscaping with native plants brings to native wildlife. I also have an interest in plants and wildlife. Ive planted hundreds of trees in my lifetime and am a bonsai enthusiast. I was fortunate to have worked, while in my mid twenties, at one of Americas most famous archery manufacturers. It was there that I got my first bow and arrow and have been shooting ever since. While attending a local Soil and water conservation district presentation I learned that despite 80% of Ohio's forest being privately owned, only 1% is managed. since that time, Ive developed a strong interest in learning forestry management principals for wildlife, especially deer and birds. Having an interest in the outdoors made for a seamless transition into being a land specialist realtor.
