He has the patience to work through any governmental and lending requirements. He has a great attention to detail and a keen eye. He always conducts himself with the utmost of respect and humility. Along with honesty and integrity, Gary believes constant communication is key to a successful transaction. He is a skilled negotiator and problem solver. He brings to his Real Estate business a multitude of experience across many disciplines. He has been a landlord of multi family properties in South Beach, has owned and operated brick and mortar retail on Lincoln Road and the Design District, has been the director of a local arts non-profit and owned and operated an urban farm in Little Haiti. He is passionate about community building and creating smart and healthy environments. Gary has focused on architecturally significant and unique historic properties. He has also assembled commercial parcels for development. He is relationship driven and service to his customers is of foremost concern and importance. He has built a solid customer base of repeat and referred sellers and buyers. Gary is a graduate of Vassar college where he began studio art. He lives with his family and 2 dogs on the Venetian Islands. He is an avid open water swimmer.
