We are now the #1 RE/MAX team in the WORLD! I moved to the USA in 1990 and bought a Motel in Clearwater Beach. In 2000 we were approached by developers who were interested in acquiring the property. This opened the door to my real estate career and I helped organize the "street" into a loose collective to negotiate as one with the developers. When the motel sold I focused on Nashville as a city that appealed to me because of the climate, the people and the music!
