Originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, Garrett earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. He subsequently worked a as an Admissions Counselor for UCONN and the University of Maryland College Park. In this role, Garrett traveled extensively recruiting high school students, and deciding on applications for admission and scholarships. He perfected the arts of public speaking, selling schools, and being a valuable resource and advocate for students, as he is for his real estate clients. Garrett has lived in Washington, DC proper since 2011. In his free time, he restored a classic Mercedes-Benz, currently a Concours d'Elegance Award winning vehicle. Garrett loves driving his classic, and attending car shows, auctions and competitions. He is a member of the Greater Washington Chapter Mercedes-Benz Classic Car Club of America.
