As the market rebounded, Ganten's scope of work eventually evolved to include the full-scale, retail space in addition to traditional home sales. Ganten has conducted business all throughout the state of Georgia. From 2009 through the summer of 2020, he worked primarily in Atlanta, from Midtown to Decatur to East Atlanta Village, and sold homes in Smyrna, Marietta, and Alpharetta as well. In August of 2020, Ganten moved back to his hometown of St. Simons Island, Georgia to pursue opportunities in the exceptional Golden Isles real estate market. He is well-rounded, and this talent has brought him many awards including being named Five-Star Agent by Atlanta Magazine from 2012-2020. Other accolades from Keller Williams Realty include being the No. 2 agent KW Atlanta Midtown in 2019 and No. 1 for 2020, as well as the No. 4 agent in KW for the entire Southeast Region in June of 2020. Ganten also has extensive involvement in real estate investments.
