About Frank Ragusa
I am one of the most informed brokers in all of New York City. So much so, that there is not a block I do not recall from memory.Selling Manhattan real estate is truly a challenge because of our unique market, and the competition out there. As a broker, you must get buyers and sellers to understand their options, and often times to compromise. I myself built several homes on Staten Island, and became frustrated with my brokerage representation in not finding the right buyers for my properties. So I decided to train as an agent, and sell real estate in Manhattan to provide the utmost service possible. Now with 12 years' experience selling Manhattan real estate, I will get you the best price for your property and get you to a closing as quickly as possible. My background is on Wall Street, which is very different and similar at once. After earning a B.B.A. from Pace University in Accounting and a J.D. from Touro Law School, I was a stockbroker for several years. The common thread between what I did then and what I do now is that when you offer value at a fair price, everybody wins. My approach to helping buyers and sellers is basic yet effective: just listen, then listen some more, because every client is individual with their preferences. The one asset I feel that sets me apart from my competition is my exceptional work ethic. I am extremely persistent and focused on my client's goals - my number one priority. I am also delighted to see my client's happy faces at the closing table. Halstead Manhattan, LLC
