About Francesca Faull

I grew up in London, UK.� I came to the US after studying interior design in college. �I had a 20-year career in film production, beginning with managing a busy print advertising studio for a renowned photographer in Los Angeles, then moving to commercial film advertising. I freelanced as a production manager on commercials for some of the most successful directors in Los Angeles then settled into competitive commercial film bidding, winning many multi-million dollar projects for my director clients. I was able to hone my negotiating skills over the next ten years. �Always a property geek, I got into real estate in the late '90s, buying and successfully flipping a home in Silver Lake, CA before moving to Culver City where I still live and own investment property today. I also own investment property in the UK. I bring a detail-oriented work ethic and plenty of enthusiasm with some superior negotiating skills.� As well as being efficient, I am told I'm friendly, fun and easy to get along with!� I work with the utmost integrity, diligence and diplomacy making sure that all my clients have a great experience; winning them the best possible deal with the least amount of stress, whether they are buying, selling or investing in real estate.�
