Frances Kwan has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and real estate investor. Her personal real estate portfolio includes renovation and new home construction, owning and operating a retail business, and experience negotiating commercial lease properties in the San Francisco Bay Area and DF/W. It's important to know what to look for behind the walls, under the floor, and overhead, forecast the financial impact of repairs on the horizon, and understand which builder provides the best product and why for new construction. Our make-ready team is available to assist our clients with preparations before selling as well as post-purchase renovation. There is no need for our clients to waste time interviewing contractors and waiting for them to show for appointments and bids. We provide services as simple as painting, carpet/grout cleaning, and power washing to full-scale renovation and construction. In addition to her experience in real estate, Frances has 20+ years of experience in Corporate America as a Finance and Supply Chain executive negotiating multi-million dollar contracts and purchasing for various Fortune 500 companies. Frances' personal interests include finance/investments, automotive sports, philanthropy, gourmet cooking, and international travel.
