About Flemming Brown

Flemming Brown descends from and draws upon a rich real estate heritage. Two of her distant grandfathers, Charles Stelle Brown and Donald Winchester Brown, were the cofounders of Brown, Harris, Stevens and Cross and Brown, respectively. Her mother, Lisa Brown, has been a prominent Manhattan broker for over 25 years. It was a natural progression for Flemming herself to emerge as a success in the field. She got her license in 2001, but first she enjoyed an illustrious seven-year career creating and managing award-winning sales teams for worldwide companies. Born and educated in both Manhattan and abroad, Flemming also spent some of her childhood years in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. She graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Flemming is known for her in-depth market knowledge as a lifelong Manhattan resident, tenacity in pursuing her clients needs, and sharp negotiating skills that ensure the very best deals possible.
