Originally from Ireland, he graduated from University College Cork (UCC) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (English and Geography) in 2008 and then completed a Graduate Master of Science (MSc) in Urban and Regional Planning at Heriot-Watt University at Edinburgh, Scotland in 2009. After moving to New York, Feargal began working with the Dept. of City Planning NYC in the Urban Design Dept. This has provided him the skills and tools needed to distinguish the unique neighborhoods in New York City, with the ability to identify ones connection to each neighborhood based on personal interests, desired living quarters, and community involvement.
