Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia, Genny obtained her diploma in economics at St. Petersburg Academy. Venturing to Moscow after school, Genny found her niche as a personal shopper to wealthy Russian clients, helping them select the chicest and finest clothing and accessories for special events and general lifestyle. Typical engagements involved travel to major luxury boutiques in Paris, London, Rome, Venice, Milan, and Zurich. Ive spent many long days purchasing luxury goods in some of the worlds finest buying forums with and for demanding clients, Genny says. They chose me because they considered that I have good taste, am discerning about their needs and desires, and am perfectionistic I have singular purpose. I took responsibility for their well-being and made sure the small but important details were perfect, all because I really cared about my clients. At the same time, they knew they could take pleasure in my company. Ive always been very easygoing and found it easy to keep a variety of personalities feeling happy and in good humor. Recently licensed in New York, Genny now brings those qualities that led to her success in the European luxury goods markets to the New York real estate market. I think what kept clients coming back to me through the years was total confidence in my sense of style, in my ability to personalize it for them, in my knowledge of designers, vendors and product lines and total confidence that we would have a good time. As a newcomer to real estate, Genny focuses on attentiveness to her clients needs and desires. That means my range and depth of services are flexible and growing day by day. So far Ive been focusing on the West Side, downtown and Williamsburg, as well as building a niche on dynamic Roosevelt Island where my husband and I live. I love the freedom, safety and energy of NYC. Im happiest when Im busy helping people and I love the experiences Ive had as a salesperson so far.
