About Erica Kitson

Erica Kitson is a REALTOR and Marketing Professional with a passion for service and connecting with people. In her professional reputation she is known for being proactive, accountable, efficient and highly organized. Erica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. Prior to venturing into the world of real estate, Erica was in direct marketing and promotions for the casino industry in Nevada and California and Premium Hospitality and Services for the Los Angeles Dodgers and San Jose Sharks sports teams. In the dynamic world of real estate, her background in direct marketing, natural ability for social networking, and focus on servant leadership are all integral in her success as a Realtor. She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHM), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designee, and a Million Dollar Guild recipient. She has experienced the best of Southern California and Northern California living....finally setting down roots in El Dorado Hills. Erica has immersed herself into the community taking an active role with non-profit organizations: El Dorado Hills Endowment Giving Circle Founding Member, Assistance League of Sierra Foothills, and a Founders Circle Sponsor for Count on Kids. She served as the Content Director for The Hills Living Magazine- a social publication for the residents of Serrano. She takes an active role in her childrens community sports programs and schools. Erica enjoys exploring wine country, world travel, golf, tennis, the performing arts, and spending time with her family and friends in beautiful Lake Tahoe and the surrounding communities.
