Her experience in multi-platform marketing and business development with fortune 500 companies coincides perfectly with the innovative approach needed for marketing luxury real estate and negotiating hi-stake transactions on the behalf of high net-worth clients and first time buyers alike. Complimenting Ericas business experience, she is also a Duke University Certified Integrative Health Coach. This program provided Erica with a scientific approach to the art of behavior change and a foundation in mindfulness. These studies significantly enhanced Ericas approach to working with both buyers and sellers by sharpening her listening skill and giving her a comprehensive understanding of her clients needs. Erica has cultivated lifelong relationships with top executives in the entertainment industry and as a realtor her network is always expanding.
