Eric served in the Marine Corps and has 37 years�EUR(TM) experience as a Senior IT Project Manager Professional (PMP) with the Department of Treasury. He specializes in relocation, vacation, waterfront and investment properties. In his spare time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, golfing, fishing, boating and riding his electric bikes. Kelly comes from a military family and has an extensive background working with and managing military officers (Navy and Marine Corps) and civilian employees in her 37-year career with the Federal government. Kelly is certified in Program Management, Business Financial and Cost Estimating and has over 27 years�EUR(TM) experience negotiating multi-million/billion-dollar aircraft and missile contracts for the Department of Defense. She grew up in waterfront communities and enjoys all water sports, golfing, boating, riding her motorcycle, riding her electric bike and taking care of her two dogs. Eric and Kelly have a keen eye for a home's potential to include home improvements, home preparation, and in particular they ensure their clients homes show at its maximum potential for maximum interest and maximum price. Kelly also has a keen sense of detail which contributes to her ability to match her clients with the right home but most importantly they both want their clients to enjoy the buying and selling process. When Eric and Kelly are not buying and selling real estate, they manage a small business in the Grand Strand area, Myrtle Beach Electric Bikes.
