He has functioned as leasing and marketing manager for 240 units within Manhattan and streamlined the process of securing and selling residences and managing investment properties. His clients include leading Fortune 500 companies JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Pfizer, Merck, Ernst and Young, HSBC and others. Eric has also been privileged to serve on the Broker Advisory Board of Douglas Elliman. To stay current with changing times Eric has completed Career Building Classes in Property Management, Landlord/Tenant Law and Development.Eric's business philosophy has always been: Meaningful work and meaningful relationships will produce meaningful results, and his success attests to that. He is licensed in New York, New Jersey and California, and represents clients and properties in numerous locations from NYC to Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey City, Hoboken and beyond.
