I spent 20 years in retail customer service and of those, 10 years as a store manager so I understand how to listen to people and give them what they want. I jumped into the real estate business in 2007, just as the market was crashing and everything was changing in the real estate world. The first thing I learned is that most agents got really fat and happy when the market was booming but could not survive when the market was down largely due to lack of effort (in my opinion.) My formula was simple, outwork the more experienced agents and do what they were not willing or able to do. I run my real estate career like a business and not a hobby so I will work extremely hard to exceed all of your home buying or selling needs. I have been a Realtor and with Keller Williams for over 10 years and have sold hundreds of homes in that time.
