Eric Crisp is a leading eXp Realty agent joining the firm in 2020, having previously spent six years at Sotheby's International Realty and Douglas Elliman in Laguna Beach.� As a dedicated and innovative real estate professional who goes beyond the norm with honest service, vast knowledge of and access to detailed market data, and unique experience he offers his clients of all ages, Eric has successfully maintained a strong and consistent sales production since 2014. Previous to joining Sothey's International Realty in 2014, Eric was employed as the only real estate licensee and non-attorney by Newport Beach law firm NJW LAW, a boutique firm that provided legal advisement services to real estate agents, financially distressed homeowners and real estate investors, assisting in: purchase terms negotiations, contract drafting, short payoff research and negotiations, foreclosure counseling and prevention, negotiation of third party liens, IRS tax liens, California Franchise Tax Board liens, home value determination and analysis, legal correspondence drafting, judgment lien holder short payoff negotiations, marketing advisement, full service transaction management and much more. Originally from Ohio, Eric moved to Orange County California at age nine, bringing with him the down-to earth Midwestern values that are still deeply ingrained, while sharing a family history as multi-generational Laguna Beach residents, having lived in several locations through out the city.� Eric, his wife Tara, and their two young boys currently reside in South Orange County, near family and friends.�
