Eric was born and raised in San Diego, CA. He graduated from Torrey Pines High School in Del Mar where he lettered in football. After graduating from Torrey Pines High School, he attended Mira Costa College where he took courses in real estate. After college Eric managed and became President of his familys automotive dealerships. During that time, he still had a passion for real estate, he bought, developed, and sold several properties. Eric understands what it takes to buy and develop raw land, the construction process, and how a home is built. This is an asset that few agents have. He has been dedicated to become knowledgeable of every aspect of real estate and apply over 26 years of negotiating and sales experience to his clients!
