Eric has many different transactions, from the purchase and sale of single-family residences, toselling luxury condominiums, and everything in between. He has unparalleled insight into the neighborhoods he serves, from Capitol Hill to 16th Street Heights, Petworth, Logan Circle, and U Street, as well as Northern Virginia and Maryland. Erics diverse experience and knowledge in both new home sales and the resale market allows him to counsel his clients on innovative strategies and provide unparalleled market insights for every kind of project. Prior to real estate, Eric was an Air Force Officer and recruited for the U.S. Department of State, where he became attuned to the needs of families being transferred all over the world for new postings and assignments. His current State Department clients have asked him to both scout homes, sometimes doing video teleconferences walking clients through prospective homes, or handle the sale of their home while abroad, entrusting him to orchestrate every aspect from renovations and staging, to the the property. Eric is an avid cook who loves to entertain friends and family as well as explore the ever-growing food scene of DC. As a resident of 16th Street Heights, he can be found walking the trails of Rock Creek Park with his chocolate lab, Abbey.
