About Emily Phair

With real estate in her blood and a deep love for Chicago and Wisconsin, Emily is proud to have helped hundreds of people find their perfect home. Buying and selling property can be challenging, so Emily's goal is to make the transaction seamless - from day one to the closing table. When things get tough, she relies on her ability to communicate directly and clearly, and believes that every deal can come together if the buyer wants to buy and the seller wants to sell. Emily holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (2010) and a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2003). She's completed several classes in conflict resolution, strategy, negotiations, and leadership, but more importantly has over 15 years of real-time experience in sales and counseling. With her rich education and vast experience with all types of Chicago and Milwaukee real estate, Emily is an excellent resource and advocate for both buyers and sellers. Although she keeps plenty busy selling real estate, she still finds time for her second love: healthy living. Emily is a certified yoga instructor and certified Life Coach. She also enjoys running, walking, and biking along the lakefront and eating/drinking her way through Chicago and Milwaukee's amazing neighborhoods. She's in-the-know about the cities' happenings and will provide information about neighborhoods, transportation, schools, shopping, events, and local hotspots.
