About Emily Penn

A top NYC real estate agent, Emily specializes in the sale and marketing of co-ops, condos, and investment properties. Her goal is to make the process of buying or selling real estate a happy and very successful experience for her clients. She listens to her them, and her background in finance and as a business owner helps clients to achieve their real estate goals. A Brooklyn native, Emily knows New York City like the back of her hand. After graduating from Princeton University, she moved to Manhattan and raised her three children on the Upper West Side. She was the first person in her family to go to college and worked her way through Princeton as a tour guide for Gray Line, leading tourists Uptown, Downtown, Eastside and Westside in English, French and Spanish. She was the first Cash Manager of Viacom, an Assistant Vice President with Citibank, and Vice President of Cash Management Policy and Strategies for Merrill Lynch and co-founded inQueue Designs. She holds two patents, and was also the recipient of an award from the US Department of the Treasury for pro bono work she did helping the Federal government to manage its cash.
