As a dedicated Broker Associate and Assistant District Sales Manager with The Keyes Company in Coral Gables, FL, Mrs. Perez specializes in selling properties within the commercial real estate market. Mrs. Perez travels around the globe to track changes in real estate as well as to work with clients from Europe, China, South America and the Middle East assisting them in finding Multi-Family investments, commercial Properties. She has appeared and/or been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Haute Living, Miami Today, The Robb Report, Agents Magazine and the Miami Herald. And, because of her in depth knowledge of real estate trends, Mrs. Perez regularly counsels other realtors on shifts in the market. Mrs. Perez began her real estate career in Illinois before moving to Miami over 18 years ago.Her Team offers a level of customer service and accessibility that is unmatched in the real estate community. Because she believes in the importance of leadership and giving back, Mrs. Perez served as the President of the Womens Council of Realtors Miami Dade chapter. She is also actively involved in the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, The Past President, Business Referral Group of Coral Gables, has served as the secretary of Miracle Mile Toastmasters Club. She also offers mentorship and training to future realtors in her role as Mentor and Field Trainer at The Keyes Company, donating countless hours of her time to teach customer service and real estate marketing strategies.
