He has lived in Connecticut and on Manhattans Upper West Side for many years. Eliot currently resides on Central Park West. His personal experiences as a longtime New Yorker coupled with his extensive collaborative legal work allows him to hone in on the best deals, and negotiate the right terms on his clients behalf. By nature, Eliot is an enthusiastic and gregarious person who can easily establish positive relationships with his clients and colleagues alike. Outside of business, Eliot is an active member of the Board of the Southeast Lighthouse Foundation on Block Island, Rhode Island where he owns a house. He has been involved on boards of nonprofit organizations related to the arts and history, has given architectural tours of New York, and is an avid practitioner of yoga, meditation and bicycling.
