He attended the University of Northern Colorado and has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Before starting his career in Real Estate, Duff worked as a Detective and investigated thousands of Major Crimes throughout Colorado and the surrounding region. Duff is a family man with a devotion to God. He has a beautiful wife of 30 years and 3 grown children. An Athlete by nature, he competed for the University of Northern Colorado and has coached High School and youth sports for the past 25 years.
