About Doug Ewell

Doug earned his BS in Finance at the University of Tennessee in 1992. He began his career as an assistant branch manager at Suntrust Bank, where he excelled to become the youngest Vice President in the company as a licensed investment adviser of SunTrust Securities. Doug's leadership and optimism brought him to a commercial mortgage banker position where he assisted owners of office buildings, apartment and retail facilities obtain financing of $1, 000, 000 and more. In 2005, Doug then went on to become part owner and overseer of two entities that were involved in different aspects of the real estate industry, PMA Continuity, LLC, and Property Care Services, LLC.After 15 years of finance and commercial property experience, Doug obtained his Real Estate license in 2007, intending to use it for personal investment purposes. Instead, Doug found his passion for facilitating, advising and successfully assisting his clients find the best property that fits their wants, needs and desires. The people he works with are not just clients, but they become friends. In November 2013, Doug joined Realty Executives Associates, which is the largest top real estate firm in East Tennessee year after year. He has not only become one of Realty Executives Associates top agents, but also one of 55 Places as well.Doug is a Tennessee Native that yearns for the opportunity to lend a hand to those in this area.
