As a second-generation realtor, Donte grew up seeing the insights of real estate from all angles. With a father who has been in the business for over 20 years as a broker and investor he spent much of his time at demo sites and the office listening in on real estate transactions take place. It encouraged him to get his license as soon as he could and he did! He is currently going on his 5th year as a licensed Realtor but his history and knowledge of residential and commercial real estate goes back ages. He prides him self on taking the extra mile and excelling in whatever he does. With that being said just having a real estate license did not satisfy him. He wanted to go the extra step and hone in on his craft. At this current time he is a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Let�EUR(TM)s not also forget an Accredited Buyers Representative. Working with Donte you will find he is outgoing, competent and diligent. While he knows how to handle and educate first time home buyers he also knows how to work with seasoned investors.
