About Donald S. Kohlreiter

Donald Kohlreiter is a third generation real estate broker and a third generation New Yorker. Early in life, his grandfather taught him that "all a good broker has is his name." This has been Donald's guiding force in all of his business dealings and has resulted in many referrals. He is totally devoted to his buyers and sellers, being especially talented in finding the "right" property for his clients, be it a condo, coop, townhouse or even commercial space. Prior to following the family tradition, Donald was a successful designer and manufacturer of ladies and children's apparel. Having been raised in Rockaway Beach, he has a keen sense of the sea, and has been an avid yachtsman all his life. Playing amateur cook for his wonderful wife and friends is another of his favorite pastimes. He is member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Proud 1st & 3rd prizewinner of "The Deal of the Year" Award.
