About Don Guthrie

I grew in a large family in rural Ohio and I am a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BS in business. My business philosophy is based on small town Midwestern values. They are as follows: always being of service, having integrity with what I do and working hard for my clients, giving my very best to every single one. My father always taught me the importance of owning real estate for building wealth and creating a stable life. I have seen over and over again how right he was. Even though real estate cycles through many markets, over that long term it will consist- ently hold its value above all other investments. I joined the real estate business in 2001, coming from Storehouse Furniture where I was a regional manager supervising the Mid Atlantic region stores. While at Storehouse, I saw numerous times how much joy and satisfaction people's homes bring to their lives. How important that the place you call home should always be a perfect fit for how you live your life. When you walk in the door, it should fit like a glove into your life and you should always be looking forward to coming home. While finding that perfect fit can be a challenge, you need a trained, compassionate, loyal professional to guide you through the home buying process. I have worked hard over the years to learn the markets, to be a good listener, and be a strong and wise advocate for my clients. Through my passion for the Real Estate market, my sales have consistently placed me in the top 5% of all realtors nation-wide.
