About Dimitri Petrovsky

Dimitri began his real estate career in 1990, currently licensed as an Associate Broker. He owned and operated a large mortgage banking firm from 1995 through 2010. He has extensive knowledge in all of the NYC markets. His mortgage lending experience gives him a unique perspective in the home evaluation process as well as buyer mortgage underwriting process. Dimitri has also negotiated hundreds of short sale transactions successfully. He strongly believes in empowering his clients with the knowledge to help them make informed decisions.
