DIANA METTILLE, PLLC Certified Luxury RE Marketing Specialist Diana Mettille began investing in real estate at the early age of 19 by purchasing three lakefront lots from a local bank. �Diana sold the properties two years later for triple the purchase price. Hooked on real estate she began other projects purchasing land, subdividing it and building duplexes. In 1978, Diana moved to Alaska where she continued to cultivate her entrepreneurial abilities. Diana, and husband Charles built the Culligan Franchise in Soldotna, Alaska on the Kenai Peninsula. In 1982, Diana purchased 26 acres of lakefront property, built a beautiful lakefront log estate along with four rental properties, and a large warehouse for their Culligan enterprise. Her lakefront home caught the attention of several local investors and eventually became the location for a luxurious Lakeside Lodge. Diana and Charles made the decision to move to the "sunnier pastures" of Scottsdale, Arizona, in 1999 where she eventually pursued a career in real estate consulting. �"It is a dream come true," Diana says, "I can truly say that I love everything about Arizona."
