My name is Dennis Ferncez. I was born and raised in Southern California's San Gabriel Valley. I love this area and am grateful to call it my home. In 2006 I went to work as a Real Estate Agent for a top producing office in Glendora, CA where I learned how to excel in this business and deliver outstanding service to my clients. Throughout my years in the real estate business, I have had the opportunity to help many people reach their goals, create wealth and enjoy the process of buying and selling homes. People who have done business with me will tell you that I am very fair, energetic and that I have a great attitude. It is easy to see that I really love what I do for a living. I grew up vacationing with my family on the Colorado River; It has always been my home away from home. Throughout my life, I have become remarkably familiar with the Tri-State area. I know that many people who buy vacation homes and retire at "The River" are from Southern California so I decided to expand my services into Arizona. I am extremely passionate about my profession and making my clients a priority. I keep my workload at level so that all my clients get the attention and service they deserve.
