About Debra G. Goldenberg

Debbie is a top-producing real estate agent with extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in Chappaqua and throughout Westchester and CT. Her many listings and engagements have included houses, condos, apartments and land, with deals involving purchases, sales, rentals, short sales, foreclosure and investment properties. Debbie has also served a diverse clientele ranging from first-time home buyers to retirees, as well as relocations, banks and corporations. A resident of Westchester County for 22 years.Debbie has personal experience in the market as an investor and community member. She has built a new home, plus renovated a residence that's over 150 years old, and possesses the knowledge to provide guidance on both. Her two children have attended several Chappaqua schools. Debbie was active in the Grafflin Elementary School P.T.A., and now heads the House Committee at Temple Beth El of Northern Westchester, where she oversees all aspects of the design for the temple interior, and provided design advice during its recent expansion project. She is a Certified Home Stager who has prepared many homes for sale in the area, typically selling them quickly. Prior to living in Chappaqua, Debbie resided in New York City for many years. She spent 15 years in the fashion and design field, serving as head designer and design director for several handbag and accessories companies. Debbie has designed handbags and accessories under licenses for companies including Adrienne Vittidini, Anne Klein, Anne Klein II and J. Crew. She is a graduate of Tulane University (Sophie Newcomb College) with a degree in Fine Arts and Art History, plus underwent professional design training at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Debbie is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (HGAR), Empire Access Multiple Listing Service (EAMLS), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), CT MLS and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
