Debby Henderson has worked in NYC's premier Real Estate firms, is licensed in both New York and California, and is currently based in NY's Upper West side office with over 20 years experience. Working at Douglas Elliman allows Debby to be bi-coastal and participate in the primary markets of her client's interests.Marketing, selling and leasing cooperatives, condominiums, and single-family homes, as well as representing landlords in management of their investment properties, has given Debby the creative and business successes that yields a loyal clientele weaving an international network. Ongoing stellar training and market research, various roles including director of sales in a boutique firm, as well as working on-site in new development buildings has given Debby an extensive range of experience in servicing the client. Her professional manner, positive attitude and passion for serving the industry have resulted in loyal clients, and winning results. Having owned and rented apartments in Manhattan (27 to be exact), Debby has personal experience with various property types, including the complete gutting of her own 1890s two-family brownstone in Harlem a few years ago which provided her invaluable insight on managing contractors and overseeing an extensive renovation. With personal experience in the art of moving Debby understands the needs and always goes the extra mile with each buyer or seller in their own journey in the transaction process. Outside of work, Deborah enjoys traveling to new places and enjoying the local culture and lifestyle. Currently living bi-coastal Debby's personal time is spent catching up with friends, traveling, jogging on the beach or hiking in the canyons where she can escape and plan her next home or adventure.
