About Deb Hopkins

Deb Hopkins began her career as a real estate closing officer in 1977. She became a full time real estate agent, following in her father's footsteps, in 1986 specializing in residential homes and was awarded the "New Associate of the Year" in 1987 and "Realtor of the Year" in 2002. She also holds the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which approximately only 3% of Realtors can claim. Mark Hopkins is a graduate of Midland Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He has been in residential construction since 1979. Mark joined Deb in 1998 and specializes in new construction, building homes under Marque Custom Builders, LLC. Together their reputation in the real estate community is that of mentors. Their work ethic, character, and family values aid in making them the professionals they are today. They take great pride in the relationships they have cultivated over the years and appreciate the repeat and referral business that their clients provide them.
