I intentionally keep a lower volume of transactions at any given time, to offer a higher level of service to each valued client. My clients and I work directly together, as opposed to using my time managing an in-house team. Instead, I have established relationships with carefully selected professionals in related fields, some of the most respected in their trades. I live in Northwest Austin and office near Zilker off of MoPac at Spyglass. I work from East Austin to Westlake, Dripping Springs to Round Rock. In 2020. I also joined the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, and will be expanding my services there for select clients. Through the years, my sales have ranged from entry-level homes to luxury properties over $5 million dollars. I focus on residential property and land sales, and refer lease and commericial transactions to my colleagues who are dedicated to those specialties.
