About DAWN WILCOX

Dawn Wilcox was born in the small town of Fergus Falls, MN and is the youngest daughter of Debi. Her family landed in Georgia when she was 5 years of age, and after many moves, they finally found "home". Growing up, Dawn learned to be quite independent. Yet she came to know quickly that her family was her strength. She and her sister grew up, and remain still, the best of friends. She watched her mother gain a prestigious status in the real estate community. Though the long hours and hard work sometimes interfered with the family schedule, she was amazed at the appreciation Debi received from her clients and others in the real estate community. Dawn spent her high school career cheering for the Sprayberry Yellow Jackets and working as an administrative assistant for a medical software company. She worked hard at school, took multiple technology classes and always found time for family and friends. Dawn had decided on a real estate career long before her high school graduation, and it wasn't long before she received her license from the Georgia Real Estate Commission. She enthusiastically pursued her dream and bought her first home at the age of 20. Dawn married her childhood sweetheart in June of 2008. She is committed to her real estate career, her husband, their beautiful daughters and the community they call home. Together, they make their home in Cherokee County, GA not far from where they grew up. Dawn is a member of the Cherokee Association of Realtors and is routinely recognized for her professional contributions and her dedication to the residential real estate community.
