About David Urbaniak

I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and attended St. Thomas University, in St. Paul Minnesota. I worked in education, teaching elementary age special education students. Then moved to Illinois for a year and then on to Michigan where I worked in the restaurant industry. That's where I met the love of my life, Amanda and our family grew a few years later with our son. My family and I have been in Southern Arizona for 18 years now. When I'm not working with my real estate clients, I spend most of my spare time with my wife, Amanda, and son, Shane, friends, family, and helping others. I love to volunteer at Z mansion, where I prepare and serve a hot meal to around 200 homeless and less fortunate people every Sunday. I am also involved with a "Cash for Classroom" program (we give up to $1,000.00 per transaction to a school or teacher when you work with David or any agent on the Dream Team) in which I have already donated a $1,000.00 to sports scholarships (which allows the students to participate on a sports team, even if they can not afford the fees themselves) and donated over 50 pieces of playground equipment. I am also passionate about helping those who help others, so I pay for a Home Warranty for any first responders or veterans that I have the honor to work with. I became a real estate agent because I care about people and love helping others. I believe that working with a experienced professorial Realtor, like me, can make the home buying or selling process less stressful and will give you the result that you are looking for. For home buyer and investors, I help them find their perfect home, enabling them to move on to the next chapter in their lives, or profit from a wise real estate investment. For Sellers, I get their properties sold fast (average time is less then 24 days) and for top dollar (I average getting my Sellers 98.6% of their asking price). I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; It is a life-changing experience, so I focus on being a great listener and am driven to keep helping people sell their property or find their perfect home, and staying in touch even after the transaction is completed. I have been helping people buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate for over 16 years. I have successfully made investors millions of dollars by fixing and flipping investment properties in every type of market. I started my career with Prudential and was with them for eight years, and then I jumped at the chance to be part of an even greater organization with Keller Williams Southern Arizona. I have been with Keller Williams for the last nine years. I am constantly in the top 5% of all of the nearly 7,000 licensed Realtors in Southern Arizona. I cover Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Vail, and most of the surrounding areas.
