After a 23 year career in the news and entertainment business, including ten years at WABC Television in New York, David moved to Westchester County in 1997 and began a highly successful real estate business. Startingat a small boutique brokerage in Katonah, David quickly established his practice to join ranks with an elite group of top producing brokers in Northern Westchester County. In 2008, beginning with the listing of Holly Hill, The 65 acre Brooke Astor Estate in Briarcliff Manor, David expanded his expertise to include luxury real estate by representing and selling some of The Hudson Valley's largest and most iconic estates. His 2018 sale of Hudson Pines, David Rockefeller's beloved75 acre estate in Sleepy Hollow, NY, remains the highest real estatesale ever in Westchester County history. David's sale of Atalanta in 2020, a 290 acre estate overlooking the Hudson River in Rhinebeck NY, is Dutchess County's second highest property sale to date.David's success in the luxury market has only strengthened his commitmentto working with buyers and sellers in all price categories.
