David Parker is from Barrington, Rhode Island on Narragansett Bay where he grew up on the water building Luxury Homes and Yachts including the Americas Cup Defenders in the late 1980s early 1990s earning degrees in Architectural Design Engineering along with Yacht Design Engineering.
