About David McElroy

David D McElroy relocated to Texas July 4th 1980. Hes lived in Dallas ever since. Before moving to Dallas, David lived in Minneapolis Minnesota. Hes has been helping people buy, sell, lease, build and manage real estate for over 3 decades. Davids real estate career started as an investor. He purchased, rehabbed, leased and managed many homes. As an investor David quickly realized that financing was one of the key elements of real estate success. Hes fascinated with how a real estate deal comes together. Navigating the complex relationships between buyer, seller, lender and all the other players in a sale requires a special set of skills. Over the years David has managed offices for Wells Fargo Bank NA, Countrywide (now Bank of America) as well as owning and operating a mortgage-banking firm in the Dallas area. In addition he owned and operated a loss mitigation company specializing if foreclosure prevention, distressed property liquidation and mortgage note modification. The key to success in real estate is relationships. David is President of McElroy Realty Partners representing buyers and sellers in the DFW market.
